Post Purchase Agreement

  • All 3D printers I sell come with a 14 day money back commitment. If you are not happy with your printer, you can bring it back for a full refund
  • You will have 30 days of free support, including most repairs. During my initial diagnosis if it is shown that the cause of the issue is due to neglect or abuse, I will provide you with the diagnosis at no cost as well as the pricing to perform the repair, including parts.


  • Upon receiving the machine, a full diagnostic work up will be done and provided to you for a flat fee required upfront. This will include the issue(s) and cost to repair, including parts
  • If it's a small basic issue that does not require more than a quick fix and basic supplies, I may be able to provide the service as part of the flat fee
  • Most basic/standard parts are available on-site
  • If parts are in stock, I can provide my quickest turn around and an ETA for pick-up
  • If part need to be ordered, it can take 1-14 days to receive. If you choose to have the work done by me, I will order the parts and keep you updated on deliveries so you know when the repairs can begin
  • If you would like your printer repaired by me once you have received the estimate, payment for parts MAY be requested up front
  • Balance due on the repair will be required upon pickup

Printer Pick-Up/Drop Off

  • Central Massachusetts only
  • Pickup at the Northbridge MA Police Department (it is a safe a well lit location)
  • Customers who are in Worcester Country may be given the option for a porch pick up
  • In special circumstances, I can meet you in another town to help make the drive easier, but it is not always possible
  • Delivery is not available to any location
